O’er the TVs we watched were so cowardly screaming?
And the Dow Jones’ red glare, NASDAQ bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that bailouts were still there.
Oh, say does that debt-laden budget yet waive
O’er the land of the fee and the home of the knave?
